Soon you will get a new bus card
From March 24th, if you buy your trips at a bus station or a Reseinfo office, you will receive a new blue bus card. Our sales points in Umeå will also soon start selling tickets on the new cards.
The new bus cards replace the old ones and there will be new bus cards for both regional traffic and Ultra. You have just over a month to replace the card. See the pictures below.
Longer activation and validity period again
With the new cards, we will return to the longer activation and validity periods again. Same as in the apps with 180 days of activation from the date of purchase and 365 days of validity from the first trip.
Use your journeys
Use your tickets on your existing card. When you then visit us at a staffed bus station or a Reseinfo office (Umeå) to top up your card, you will receive the trips on a new bus card.
You can also order a new bus card in our new online service My Pages, which you then fill up with journeys yourself.
