How to use My Pages
Log on
If you already have an account in the app Tabussen.nu or Ultra - Umeås lokaltrafik, you can log in with the same username and password. When you log in for the first time, you need to accept the terms of use.
Create account
If you do not already have an account in one of the apps, click on the register account button.
Enter the email address that you want to be associated with your account.
Enter a password that meets the requirements.
Open your email and click on the link to verify your email address.
Now your user is created and you can log in.
Order a new bus card
Click on "Fare Media" in the menu bar.
Click on "Order a new bus card"
Fill in the address you want to have the card sent to.
If you want to order more than 1 card, tick "Order more than one bus card" and specify how many you want, maximum 5. Bus cards are free of charge for a limited period of time.
Click on "add to cart"
Then click on the shopping cart in the top right.
Choose your payment method (other than Swish) and accept the terms of use. This step is obligatory even though the cards are fee of charge.
Click on "complete purchase".
The card will be sent to the specified address within 5-10 business days.
Please note that you cannot order a card and buy a ticket at the same time, but that there need to be 2 separate purchases.
Register bus card
Click on "Fare media" in the menu bar.
Click on "Register bus card"
Fill in the bus card number that can be found on the back of the card.
Specify what you want the card to be called, e.g. Job card.
Click on the "Register Card" button.
Done!
Buying a new ticket
Once you have logged in, click on the "Buy new ticket" button.
If you want to buy a ticket for Ultra or the whole county (Länsbiljett), click down the menu "Select ticket" under "Predefined area ticket".
If you want to buy a ticket for regional traffic, you need to select "Plan & buy".
Specify which stops you want to travel between and then click on "select ticket".
Choose whether you want a single, punch, or period ticket.
If you need to change the age category, click on the "Change" button.
When you are done with your selections, click on "Add to cart".
Then click on the shopping cart in the top right.
Choose which payment method you want to pay with, accept the terms of use and then click on "Complete purchase". When the purchase is completed, the ticket will visible be under "ready to use". If you want to change the fare medium, or if the ticket doesn’t have one to begin with, click on "Move ticket" and select an option from the list.
Changing fare media
Click on the three dots on the ticket you want to move.
Select "move ticket".
Select the new fare medium from the list, and then click Move ticket.
The number of times you can change the fare medium is limited per ticket.
Give away a ticket
Click on the three dots on the ticket you want to give away.
Then click on "Give away ticket".
Choose whether you want to send the ticket to someone's email or to someone's bus card by filling in the email or bus card number that is on the back of the bus card.
Click on "Send ticket"
Please note that in order to give away a ticket, it must not be activated.
