My pages
Welcome to My Pages, which replaces both the My Bus Card service and our web shop. My Pages is your own page where you can buy trips and secure your tickets. You can also manage your tickets and purchases.
On My Pages, you have your own login, where you can create an account to manage your own and others' travels. Do you already have an account in the app? If so, log in with the same credentials.
Through My Pages, you can purchase tickets for the app or the new bus card and transfer tickets between different fare media, such as the app or a bus card. By registering your bus card on My Pages, you also secure your travels and tickets. If you don’t have the new blue bus card, you can order one through My Pages and have it delivered to your home address.
My Pages replaces the "My Bus Card" service and our online store as a sales channel.

When ordering a bus card, the receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address.
If you want to receive receipts for your purchased tickets, you can use the "Send receipt" function in the "Tickets" tab or on the dashboard. The receipt will contain all the tickets you bought within the same order.
Under "My Profile" you can also enter an email address for automatic sending of a receipt after each purchase. The same setting applies if you use the app.
Regional transport's fare, i.e. prices, is kilometer-based and the price is calculated based on your departure and arrival stop. After purchasing a ticket once, you can repeat the purchase next time by going to your used tickets and using the "buy again" function.
You cancel a purchase by opening the ticket in question (click on the heading) and selecting "Cancel purchase", or by clicking on three dots on the ticket and selecting "Cancel purchase". The ticket will be refunded to the same means of payment that was used for the purchase. It is the entire purchase that is refunded, i.e. all tickets you bought within the same order.
Activated tickets cannot be refunded on My Pages.
On My Pages, you can pay with the same payment methods as in the app, i.e. Swish, bank card, Klarna and company invoice (if you have access to it through your employer).
You can have a maximum of 2 payment cards registered to your account. If you have received compensation from us in the form of Credit, you can also use it.
Right now, you need to scan a QR code if you pay with Swish. If you want to pay with Swish from the same mobile where you have opened My Pages, you can do so by taking a screenshot of the QR code and uploading it in the "Scan" tab in your Swish app. We are working on providing an even smoother solution for payments with Swish.
For a limited period of time, we offer the opportunity to get a new bus card free of charge, this to make it easier to change cards for all our passengers. If you order the card via My Pages, you still need to complete a purchase and specify a means of payment (other than Swish), however, the cost of the order will be 0kr.
A fare medium is what you tap on board the bus to validate your ticket - it can be a bus card or app.
A default fare medium is the one to which tickets purchased via My Pages will be linked by default. Default fare medium is marked with an star and you can change which of your registered fare media should be the default one.
Purchases made via the app always get the app as fare medium, but you can also move these to bus cards via My Pages.
The easiest way is to first select the correct fare medium from the "Fare Media" menu and from there proceed to selecting the ticket - then it will be placed on the selected fare medium.
If you buy tickets from the dashboard or from the "Tickets" menu, they will be placed on your default fare medium.
In any case, after purchase, you can move your tickets between fare media. Open the context menu on the ticket and select "Move ticket", then choose which fare medium you want to use. Please note that the number of such moves is limited.
You can give away any tickets that are not activated. You can give away tickets to someone's account using their email address or to someone's card using their card number.
It is currently not possible to lend period tickets via My Pages. This feature is only available in the app.
You can delete your account on My Pages by going to "My profile" and selecting "delete account". Please note that the account will then also be deleted in your app, if you have been logged in.
