School trips for elementary school students
Valid for travel to and from school for elementary school students. You must apply for school transportation to your municipality. Much of school transportation is carried out by our buses. The card is valid for two one-way journeys per school day within the pupil's municipality of residence. Change to another line must be made within two hours of the start of the journey. The card is personal. The school card is not valid on public holidays or during summer, Christmas, sports, autumn and Easter holidays. The card must be presented to the ticket machine on each journey.
When travelling with a school card, the student is not allowed to bring a companion with him/her.

Valid for travel to and from school for high school students. You must apply for school transportation to your municipality. Much of school transportation is carried out by our buses. The card is valid for two one-way journeys per school day within the county and also includes journeys with Norrtåg and, in some cases, transition to city buses. Change to another line must be made within two hours of the start of the journey. The card is personal and students travelling on a school card must be able to present a photo ID. The school bus card is not valid during public holidays or during summer, Christmas, sports, autumn and Easter holidays. The card must be presented to the ticket machine for each journey.
When travelling with a school card, the student is not allowed to bring a fellow traveller.
Persons entitled to special transport services in Umeå municipality
With a valid special transport service card, you are entitled to free travel on all intra-municipal routes in Umeå municipality. This also applies to an assistant who is entitled to special transport services.
2 children under the age of 7 travel free of charge upon presentation of a valid special transport service card.
Resplus
Resplus is a collaboration between most train and bus operators in Sweden and means that the entire journey can be carried out with one ticket. Resplus tickets can be purchased on Norrtåg's or SJ's websites or via travel agencies.
Norrlandsresan
Norrlandsresan is a ticket collaboration between the public transport companies in the four northernmost counties. Norrlandsresan is available as a single ticket, period ticket and 10- journeys. Norrlandsresan's period ticket is also valid on Norrtåg, for example. on the journey between Örnsköldsvik - Umeå. Norrlandsresan single and punch tickets are not valid on Norrtåg. The ticket is sold in the tabussen.nu app, through My Pages, on the bus with debit/credit card as a means of payment or at one of Länstrafiken's sales agents.
Interrail
Interrail is valid on Line 20 between Haparanda and Luleå.
