Ticket refund
When something goes wrong and you want a refund of your ticket. Contact us and we will try to help you.
In the event of a refund, the value of the remaining journeys will be received minus a handling fee of SEK 75 per bus ticket.
Started period tickets are not refunded, except in case of illness when some refunds can be made upon presentation of a medical certificate. In cases where we have changed the service so that the passenger has not been able to use their season ticket, the remaining days will be refunded.
To convert the value of the ticket to e.g. another route, no handling fee is charged. The remaining value of the bus ticket will then be credited in the event of a new purchase, this can only take place at the same time as a sale.
Refunds can be made at one of our Travel Info offices in Umeå.
Validity period
Single ticket: Pre-purchased single tickets are valid for 180 days (approx. six months) from the date of purchase. If the card is not used within six months, the trip will expire.
Discount ticket: Travel on the discount ticket is valid for 90 days after the first trip. The first trip must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
After 30 days, the trips expire if these have not begun. Oused trips expire 90 days after the first trip.
Season ticket: The period must be activated within 30 days from the date of purchase, otherwise the product will expire.
